2. Engineering

3. Processing
Wire and cable are cut, stripped, prepared, crimped, terminated, assembled, and bundled according to project requirements.
4. Testing & Quality Control
Completed cables undergo the required electrical testing and inspection to verify proper assembly and performance.
Testing can include 100% continuity testing, hi-pot testing, insulation testing, and visual inspection depending on project requirements.
5. Labeling & Traceability
Cables are identified using the required wire markers, cable tags, heat shrink, or print-and-apply labels.
Barcode labeling and production documentation can also be incorporated when traceability is required.
6. Kitting & Packaging
