Johnny Joubert
Randy Conklin brings over 30 years of experience as a Controls Design Engineer. He has extensive expertise in design and field engineering, which includes comprehensive management of electrical and control systems. His responsibilities involve estimating, generating specifications, and creating layout drawings for all electrical and control components within various industrial or commercial sectors.
His proficiency with AutoCAD 2022 encompasses a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to: Designing, drafting, and reviewing one-line diagrams, developing conduit and cable schedules, creating schematic and wiring diagrams, formulating loop diagrams and control/instrumentation plans, designing both above and underground electrical plans (including lighting, grounding, and power) and producing area classification plans.

Omar Kayali has been an Electrical Engineer for nine years. He is over our Quality Assurance Department at NKC Innovation Solutions.
Our Quality Assurance has Four Set Quality Assurance.

Four Step Quality Assurance

Random leadman inspection during the production.

Once production is complete, the leadman does his inspection.

After the product is passed to Quality Control, it is inspected by the Quality Control Tech.

Final inspection is completed by the Quality Assurance Engineer.
